What’s included in your wash & fold service?

We sort, wash, dry, and neatly fold your items with care – using temperature-appropriate cycles, your choice of detergents, and wrinkle-minimizing folding. Every order is returned in sealed, labeled bags for freshness and organization.

Do you separate whites, lights, and darks before washing?

Yes! Every SmartSpun order is professionally sorted before washing. Our attendants also check each item’s care label to ensure it’s machine-washable and cleaned with the correct water temperature and detergent. It’s part of how we protect your fabrics and keep colors bright and consistent.

Is my laundry washed together with other customers’ clothes?

Ew – Never (We think that’s as gross as you do)! Your laundry is always washed and dried completely separate from every other order. Each bag is tagged, tracked, and processed independently from start to finish. That means no mix-ups, no lost socks, and total peace of mind knowing your family’s laundry stays 100% yours.

What areas do you deliver to?

Is there an extra charge for children’s clothing?

Nope! At SmartSpun, there’s no upcharge for kids’ clothes. Whether it’s toddler outfits or school uniforms, everything is included in your regular per-pound rate. We believe your family’s laundry should be simple and stress-free – no hidden fees, ever.
